Lead Mechanic Full-time position (1 position available)
Duties:
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in European vehicles such as
Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Volkswagen, and Volvo.
* Perform advanced engine diagnostics and repairs involving timing systems, fuel
injection components, cooling systems, and internal engine assemblies.
* Service and overhaul manual and automatic transmissions, perform custom drivetrain
modifications, conduct automatic-to-manual transmission conversions.
* Inspect, diagnose, and repair steering and suspension systems including electronic
steering assist modules.
* Troubleshoot and repair complex vehicle electrical systems, including sensors,
alternators, lighting, battery systems, ignition systems, and vehicle network
communications.
* Perform complete brake system services, including ABS troubleshooting.
* Repair and replace exhaust system components and full custom exhaust assemblies.
* Diagnose and service HVAC systems.
* Conduct structural body repairs and restorations, including rust removal, panel
fabrication, mechanical rebuilds, rewiring, and finishing work.
* Operate CNC lathes and milling machines for fabrication and precision machining of
custom parts.
* Manage repair workflow using industry-standard software to document diagnostics,
create work orders, and track labor and parts usage.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during repair, fabrication,
and paint processes.
* Required experience and education:
* At least 12 months of proven experience as Auto mechanic/auto technician, or any
related.
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any
related field of study
* Compensation: From $91,000 per year
